Are you entitled to steal from someone else? and get away with it?

I think not.

Who does this?

What would I do if I found out that my sibling knew an item was stolen from me by their child? and they didn't tell me.

Do I upset the family by asking my sibling why I wasn't told and why their child felt entitled to freely steal from me? The spouse denied that their child (who is a [so-called] mature adult) would steal from him, but she knew it was done.

So does she think they were entitled to steal from us too? Who thinks like this??

Do I let them get away with it?

Niece and husband weren't really embarrassed. They were just embarrassed that they didn't get the apple tree. Really?

I mean, what size do they think a 50- to 60-year-old apple tree would be? Or even a five-year-old apple tree?

The crepe myrtle wasn't even knee-height. And, it didn't even look like an apple tree. It looked like a shrub.
